knee news

Very productive visit to the physio on Friday evening. After an extensive examination I found out that I have a tear in the meniscus in my right knee. I've got several things to do to help with the injury including rolling around on the floor on a piece of hard (and I mean hard) foam cylinder. The good news is that my old PCT injury is, well, non apparent. Only half lame then.

No matter what is PTC - I thought it was a top blog run by a good chap. Baz get them poles and give that knee all the help you can to keep hill walking. Least you got know what is wrong. Heal well.

P.S you going to Cambridge?

Having looked at the menu I'm going to have eat some where else.
