Bags packed for the weekend with several pieces of newish kit to test. Looks like the weather will provide the necessary testing environment for some of it. Reviews to follow, along with a trip report both here and in the Backpackers Club magazine.
As I watched the rain lash it down, thought I am glad my mates car is in for repair and I am not out in the hills in that. Look on the bright side, you got out there and I bet you learnt something useful. Any photos?

My camera stayed in the dry bag. And various bits of kit got the test they deserved!
